As long as the item is not fitted or used we're happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange. Goods can be returned within 12 months of purchase and must be in the original packaging. The goods must be packaged appropriately for transport.
Please inform us via email: email@example.com, before you send an item back to us to speed up the refund/exchange process.

Post small parts back to us at: Unit 13/25 Frenchs Forest Road E, Allambie Grove Business Park, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086, Australia.
In the parcel, include your order number and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Wrong Item Shipped?
It is very rare for the wrong item to be shipped out to you but sometimes can happen due to human error.
If you believed you were sent the wrong item, please email us a photo of the item and barcode on the packaging.
If we believe the item is wrong to your tax invoice at the time of ordering, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and the wrong one returned back to us.
Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that the goods are in their original packaging and have not been used. Return standard postage costs can only be approved with prior written agreement by Entity Cycling.
Once we have received the products we will confirm the receipt and carry out your instructions and then refund any postage or courier costs to you. Depending on your bank, refunds take up to 14 business days for the funds to be returned into your account.
